Gilbert Arenas thinks Ja Morant shouldn't act tough to prove himself and should better try associating himself with better people. Agent Zero told that Morant's behavior was pretending while his incident with the gun in the locker room was 'calling a bluff'.

Gilbert Arenas has been out of the NBA for more than 10 years now but he rarely misses a chance to speak on the current matters in the strongest basketball league.

Most recently, Agent Zero, as Arenas is known, went on a show "Game Theory with Bomani Jones" where he spoke about the incident where Ja Morant's entourage was investigated for allegedly pointing a gun at an Indiana Pacers bus.

"Young kids do young dumb stuff. My thing with Ja is - look at LeBron James and his team. It's not you protecting them, they need to protect you," Arenas said. "When you're young, think about the people you surround yourself with, they're going to let you go as far as they're capable of."

"I don't know why when we get to the NBA, we want to be a little harder than we [are] supposed to be. It's the opposite. We worked our asses off to get here, to get away from that. Be according," Arenas told during the show.

Even though Arenas himself was known for causing various incidents during his playing days, the former Washington Wizards star says that the league's fines quickly bring players back to Earth.

"You don't need to be street and pretend to be tough, like, we don't want to fight. We don't actually want to fight. When you see one, [you say] 'oh, that's the real one', because that fine lets you know that that punch wasn't worth it," he explained.

When Jones mentioned that Arenas is widely known for bringing a loaded gun into the locker room, the former player laughed it off.

"You see, I can speak on it though, I can speak on it now," he joked. "I know that's pretending to be. Mine, I was calling a bluff, I was calling a bluff."
